As we move further into the second half of the year, Adviat has been busy building upon the foundation laid in previous months. Here’s a quick update on what we’ve been working on:
Bislab and their hiring efforts 🎉
As we mentioned in our previous “Monthlies” we have been collaborating with Bislab by assisting them in growing their team. We had a smooth ongoing process over the summer months, kept the communication rate high, and are now able to congratulate Bislab on their efforts. We are looking forward to continuing our work with Bislab as we are already focusing on their next developments.
ScaleFlow with Urban Ocean 🌊
We are super excited to officially announce that we’ve begun our ScaleFlow organisational development program with Urban Ocean, a company dedicated to implementing low trophic solutions to restore marine ecological balance in urban maritime environments. Dominik Amon has been working with the group from Urban Ocean as a mentor since last Autumn as part of the GründerAcademy mentor program. Now we are able to work even more closely together. Our collaboration focuses on preparing their organisation for sustainable growth, ensuring they are well-positioned for success in the years ahead. We are excited to be part of this important journey toward healthier oceans and ecosystems.
Board of Advisors for Urban Ocean 🚀
As part of the ScaleFlow program with Urban Ocean, we are also assisting in the establishment of a dedicated board of advisors. This strategic move will provide valuable guidance to support their mission and goals. Summer Work and Improvement
Over the summer, we took the time to reflect on our processes, collaborations, and internal operations. Those months allowed us to look critically at how we can enhance our approach to ensure greater effectiveness and efficiency. We are already implementing some of these improvements and are confident that they will lead to even better outcomes for our clients and partners.
