Exciting Collaboration and development with Bislab 🚀
By the end of last month, we announced our collaboration with Bislab . We are currently working on two active positions: a Løsningsutvikler and a Senior Platform Engineer. Despite the usual summer slowdown, the process is moving smoothly, and we are optimistic about filling these roles soon. Pilot Project for ScaleFlow
We have some exciting news regarding ScaleFlow, our organisational development service. We have secured a pilot company to test our concept! While we won’t reveal the name until the end of summer, we are eager to start this project. This pilot will provide invaluable data and insights, allowing us to refine and enhance ScaleFlow for broader application.
Communicate, communicate, communicate
As our activities increase, effective communication with clients and candidates has become even more critical. We have been actively working on improving and adapting our communication strategies. Clear and efficient communication is essential for ensuring smooth processes and building strong relationships. We believe that our efforts in this area will lead to even better outcomes for everyone involved.
Summer Vibes and Recharge Time
Lastly, as many people take their well-deserved summer vacations, we hope everyone finds time to recharge and prepare for the second half of the year. It's essential to take a break, relax, and come back with renewed energy and focus. As we will soon do ourselves 🏝️
