Autumn has been a whirlwind of emotions, it’s been an eventful and occasionally challenging season here at Adviat. We started September with good traction and high speeds but were slowed down by several obstacles in October. This month has laid out challenges for us that we have not faced before. We did not have the solutions on hand but after long days - and sometimes nights - we also overcame those obstacles. In the end we had a quite positive and satisfactory autumn and are proud of where we stand now.

Update Urban Ocean’s Board of Advisors 🌊
We have now supported Urban Ocean with our ScaleFlow services for some months and one of the biggest tasks so far was their search for board members who align with their mission and growth ambitions. It is great to see that together we were able to produce candidates that will help them continue their journey in a positive way. The board should be officially in place in a matter of days, and Urban Ocean are well-positioned to accelerate their impact, and we’re proud to have played a part in this important milestone.

New Client & new Position(s) 🚀
We are extremely excited that we have secured a new position with a promising client. While we can’t reveal their name just yet, we are excited about the opportunities this collaboration brings. Once our initial project, a Senior Software Engineer, is delivered, we will be able to share more details, but we see this as a significant growth step for us in the long run.

Exciting Developments for ScaleFlow 💡
Our ScaleFlow program continues to gain traction. This autumn, we held several productive meetings with companies that are an excellent fit for the program. This momentum has sparked discussions on how we can restructure ScaleFlow to be even more accessible and beneficial for companies that would thrive within it. We will have more to share on this big development in the coming months!
Looking Ahead
The fall months have been both demanding and rewarding, and we are encouraged by the growth and opportunities that lie ahead. With new ideas and promising developments we will now step into the winter months.
